Awe, wonder, peace, serenity, beauty, majesty

These are words commonly used in describing the Rocky Mountains within the state of Colorado. The experience of being in the Colorado Rockies has inspired, among many other artistic expressions, John Denver’s popular song, Rocky Mountain High.

As the number of people choosing cremation over burial continues to increase, so does the number of those choosing to have their ashes scattered in beautiful, natural settings.

Rocky Mountain Scatterings is devoted to professionally scattering the ashes of loved ones from a breath-taking Rocky Mountain overlook in the most caring and careful manner—at a reasonable cost.

Our standard scattering service includes the thoughtful reading aloud of any statements, eulogy, Scripture and/or prayer requested; a time/date stamped photograph of the actual scattering; the GPS coordinates of the scattering location; and a beautiful, notarized “certificate of dispersal.”

Additional, individualized services are also available. Please select an option from the navigation above to receive more information. If you have further questions, please contact us by e-mail or call us at 303-304-9838. Our office hours are 8 AM to 5 PM, Mountain Standard Time, Monday – Friday with the exception of national holidays.
